Hi everyone, fishing has remained good-to-great, as we enter the first days of July. I just got off the water this week, and evade the tourists. July holiday is the one week of the year I don’t want to be up north. Smallmouth fishing has remained good and above average. We didn’t focus on
Bass have spawned long ago. The water temps are getting both high and low. The mayflies are hatching. And I finally got my boat back with new motor install done! What’s there not to like about middle of June fishing?

Summer 2022 has come and gone. It never really got too hot, air and water temp wise. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing for autumn’s impending arrival and upcoming transition. Didn’t get to fish as much as I would have liked to this summer, but that’s why we prioritize
Hello everyone, this report is long overdue! Summer has flown by. While I was on the water a few weeks ago in late June and July, none of it was for bass. Summer peak has come, and dog days are here, we are now back to bass mode.
